In dealing solely with park home and holiday caravan legal matters, Park Home Legal Services Ltd has developed a level of expertise second to none.

At the time of writing, the law and Government guidance on many aspects of park home living and holiday caravan owning is continuing to move through a period of considerable change. These changes should in theory, help to redress the serious imbalance of rights between park home occupier and holiday home owner and park/site owner. It is perhaps regrettable but, as an exchange for any improved rights, the relationship between park homeowner, holiday home owner and park/site owner is set to become considerably more legally complex.

The request for our assistance in the increasing number of, in some cases, legally complicated disputes associated with park home living and holiday caravan owning, led to the establishment of this business. Our aim is to be “the” comprehensive provider of legal services, advice and conciliation for all park, park home and holiday caravan matters. We pride ourselves in having the capability to deal with issues efficiently, effectively, confidentially and importantly, economically.

Whilst Park Home Legal Services Ltd carries appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover its legal activities, we are not qualified solicitors and we are not regulated by the solicitors Legal Complaints Service. What this means in practice is that we can act more proficiently in an area of law few solicitors understand and unquestionably, at advantageous rates. However, should it become apparent that a client's issue is moving toward certain litigation and with the clients' agreement, we may either take the matter forward by referring it to a barrister for Opinion with the client acting as a 'litigant in person' or we put the matter in the hands of solicitors with whom we work closely and share a high degree of success. Although Park Home Legal Services Ltd is not involved with Legal Aid, we may be able to direct clients toward solicitors who we know deal with Legal Aid and park home issues.
